Χρόνια Πολλά και Καλή Χρονιά
με υγεία και ευτυχία το 2010!
Τρία video για αρχή, το πρώτο από την αλλαγή της χρονιάς στο Ηράκλειο και τα Χανιά.
Το δεύτερο για την απίστευτη καλοκαιρία με το θερμόμετρο να φτάνει 32οC στις Βρύσες στα Χανιά και τους χειμερινούς κολυμβητές να κόβουν τη Πρωτοχρονιάτικη πίτα τους στη παραλία.
Και το τρίτο με τη συνήθεια στο Ηράκλειο να τρώμε μπουγάτσα τη Πρωτοχρονιά.
Μια με τυρί παρακαλώ!

This time I have three videos for you, the first with the change of the year at Heraklion and Chania
the second referring to the high temperatures we had in Greece. The highest being at 32oC / 90oF at Vrisses at Chania. This video shows winter swimmers having their New Year Cake (we call it Vassilopita) [you might want to read about this tradition at the New Year in Greece page of the blog].
And last but not least, the tradition we have at Heraklion to eat Bougatsa the first day of the year, just to taste some sweet to have a good new year.
