Heraklion has a long tradition and a very good reputation for its Summer Cultural Events. This year the Festival start the 6th of July with a free admission event by the sea side. Lots of concerts, theater and cinema shows are planned. In addition to the classical theater of Oasis, Ηadjidakis’ Hall and the Big Stadium, many events will take place on the Venetian Walls. So it will be a great opportunity to visit and see parts of the monument that were closed and unused till recently.
The video I have at the Greek section will not help you unless you speak or understand Greek very well.
I will attend as many as possible and you will get to see photos and videos of the events as last Summer.
